The four pillars through which we make possible our entire methodology

Once you enter our crossfit gyms, you will notice we do not look like a regular gym. We don’t have equipment with pulleys or treadmills neither big mirrors where you could be tempted to flex your muscles. 

We have big open spaces, one big metal frame where we do different kinds of exercises, lots of barbells, discs and dumbells, rowing machines concept 2, boxes to jump on, medicinal balls and kettlebells.
