The Fundamental course was designed for an easy journey towards the group classes. To join our community, you will have to go through this course. Over time it has become one of our base principles, through which we bring a safe experience under the attention of two CrossFit Trainers.
The Fundamental course lasts for 4 weeks, 2 weeks in which we will see you two times a week, Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday based on location, and the next 2 weeks you will be able to come whenever we have classes. Every hour of the first two weeks will consist of a general warm-up, theory and practice of the new movements and metcon, the cardio part of the training.
