The COVID 19 virus has taken us by surprise since the beginning of March. With all the prevention measures adopted, latex gloves, protective masks, hand, and surface disinfectants, we decided before the authorities told us to close our gates to prevent the spread. We are completely dedicated to our members and their safety by increasing the measures of daily sanitation of materials and frequently used areas. Therefore, we have taken the following steps to return to normal:

Half group classes

Live information before the start of each hour, keeping a minimum distance of 1.5 m between people

We provide dispensers with hand sanitizer to members and staff

Staff and members with cold symptoms are advised to stay home and follow the doctor’s advice online.

We frequently sanitize materials, door handles and heavily used surfaces

The staff is checked daily with body temperature, not to exceed 37.5

RECOMMENDATIONS

Do not touch your face with your hands

Keep a minimum distance of 1.5 m between each person

If you have symptoms of the disease, stay at home and consult your doctor by telephone

Wash your hands as often as possible for 20 seconds

Avoid contact with loved ones or people suspected of having a cold

Sneeze / cough into the elbow crease or a napkin and then throw it in the trash

Avoid paying cash at stores as much as possible
