I’ve been practicing CrossFit since 2017 and I started my journey in this sport from the time when Bart and Sergiu were training on the weekends, outdoors. There I had contact for the first time with this kind of sport. From the beginning I liked the idea of ​​dynamic and diverse training.


Why do I practice this sport? Because it develops you both in terms of physical conditioning, body functionality, muscle development, as well as mentally.


I also liked the idea of ​​community, meeting people who share the same passion as you, who are willing to push their limits every time they step into the gym.


I could say that I have several favorite movements, considering that this sport has a wide range of movements, but one that is among my favorites is rowing. I love that it’s a movement that works your whole body, teaches you how to coordinate it, and last but not least, it burns a lot of calories.


I see this sport as a lifestyle, it is part of my daily routine and I intend to do this until my body says stop.
