The first time I heard about CrossFit was almost 10 years ago, on the recommendation of a friend, and I haven’t looked back since.
From the CrossFit methodology, my favorite part includes strength training in general (strength training), specifically Olympic Weightlifting, and my favorite exercise is the snatch.
This part of Olympic Weightlifting is often called “poetry in motion” and requires several skills such as: strength, power, speed, coordination, flexibility, and is a challenge to both body and mind.
