In order to keep track of your personal performance and to help us have a clear schedule of the daily classes, we have chosen the WODIFY platform. WODIFY is a software that helps our members see each days’ WOD and keep a record of their fitness development.
Smart Move Crossfit is about human connections: the connection between you and your trainers or the one between you and the other members in the countless classes you’ll be part of. In the end, these connections will make you get through any problem you encounter: laziness, stress or minor accidents. Someone from the community will definitely reach out to you if they notice you didn’t attend any of last week’s classes. So come one! Take the first step!
